Homes to rent

These are example homes for the new website. Real homes will be added here as soon as they are available.

How renting a home works

Six simple steps, from search to keys.

  1. Find a home

Search our homes and pick the ones you like.

  2. Book a viewing

Ask for a time to see the home in person. Never pay before you have seen it.

  3. Apply

We check your ID, income and rental history. If you have no income yet, a guarantor can help. A guarantor is someone who promises to pay if you can't.

  4. Pay a holding deposit

This keeps the home for you while we do checks. It is never more than one week's rent.

  5. Sign the tenancy agreement

This is your rental contract. Read it fully and ask us anything before you sign.

  6. Move in

Pay the security deposit and first month's rent, then collect your keys.

What you pay as a tenant

  • Rent each month.
  • A security deposit of up to five weeks' rent. It is returned at the end if there is no damage or unpaid rent.
  • A holding deposit of up to one week's rent.
  • No admin fees, no reference fees and no check-in fees.

Own a home you want to rent out?

We find reliable tenants and handle the paperwork, so you don't have to.

  • We advertise your home online with clear photos.
  • We arrange and run viewings.
  • We check each tenant: ID, income and rental history.
  • We prepare the tenancy agreement.
  • We protect the deposit in a government-approved scheme.
